Summary
Your plant is clearly capable, but the website hides it. A buyer on a phone can't see what you machine, to what tolerance, or how to send a drawing. The three fixes below would change that in about three weeks.
What a buyer sees on their phone
What we checked
| Check | Result | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Loads in under 3 seconds on 4G | Fail | 7.8 seconds. The home page banner image alone is 4.2 MB. |
| Readable on a phone without zooming | Fail | The site is a desktop layout shrunk to fit. Body text renders at about 9 px. |
| One tap to call or WhatsApp | Partial | The phone number is shown as an image, so it can't be tapped. |
| Products and capabilities listed | Fail | One line: “all types of precision CNC turned components”. No part examples. |
| Machine list | Fail | Not shown. Buyers can't tell your capacity or largest job size. |
| Materials and tolerances | Fail | Not mentioned anywhere on the site. |
| Certifications shown | Partial | “ISO certified” in the footer, with no certificate number or scope. |
| Quote form | Fail | None. Only an email address on the Contact page. |
| Drawing upload | Fail | Not possible without a quote form. |
| Secure site (https) | Pass | Certificate is valid. |
| Google Business Profile | Partial | Listed, but 3 photos, no opening hours and the wrong category (“Hardware store”). |
| Found for “CNC machining Thane” | Fail | Not on the first two pages of Google results. |
| Same address and phone everywhere | Partial | The website and Google profile show different phone numbers. |
Three fixes, in order of impact
-
1
Show what you make, and how well
Why it matters. Buyers shortlist suppliers in minutes. If they can't see parts, materials, tolerances and machines, they move to the next site.
What we'd do. A capabilities page with your machine list, materials, tolerances and industries served, plus 8–10 photos of real parts from one plant visit.
-
2
Replace the email address with a quote form
Why it matters. Engineers send drawings. With only an email address, many never write, and the ones who do wait days for a reply.
What we'd do. A quote form with drawing upload and a WhatsApp button. Every request lands in your Google Sheet with an instant alert, so nothing is missed.
-
3
Fix your Google Business Profile
Why it matters. Many buyers search “CNC machining near me” and call straight from Google Maps without opening a website.
What we'd do. Correct the category to “Machine shop”, add hours, services and 20 plant photos, match the phone number with your website, and ask five customers for reviews.
Fixed quote
All three fixes, as one new website with the enquiry tracker. Domain, website and data registered in your company's name.
Fix 3 is something you can do yourself. If you'd rather, we'll send a free step-by-step guide.
